Should takealot be sbux merchants if they dont know what is sbux aprroved or not?

I have a nsfas book voucher that i want to use to purchase a laptop,

And so i contact them via email to ask if i can.

They advise me that i can purchase only "eligible" laptops approved by nsfas,

Does that mean that i must go and check out every laptop in the store to see if its "eligible"?

Why cant they give me a list of what i can purchase?

I dont think im being unreasonable, and they just dont understand what its like being a student, and being pushed around everywhere, having your time wasted, and being taken for a ride when all you wanna do is be the best student you can be and try and focus on studying.

This sucks so much, try explaining to your lecturer that you didnt do your assignment because you couldn't find an "eligible" laptop.
