Dear 'Take a lot less or nothing'

It should be your company name. Order number ***6 is supposed to be delivered on the 19th which is today but before 5P.M. According to the SMS it does not specify time, but only before 5PM. There was a serious accident along the way before i got to work. I asked your guy to wait at least 15 minutes that i would have arrived. But no he couldn't, he re-scheduled for tomorrow. Your SMS specify before 5, we still have 8 hours before 5. why cant he come back again? Am i not good enough or the price of my order cannot be considered your VIP customer.

Today once i received the order i am supposed to do a gig using those material on Tomorrow, thats with the reason i accepted the order that delivery would be today. So i confirmed to everything on my side but only to be disappointed by you. From the 12th i waiting and till today this happens do you have idea how frustrating this is!

There is a huge possibility that i will loss a client if i don't receive that order. My client put trust on me, and i put trust you based on passed events that you had never disappointed me and here we are.

Am i losing a client because you don't look after the small people knowingly that the small people rely on you and knowingly you have big people by your side
