Shortage of Refund Money

I bought a product online, I was told it will take up to 2 weeks to be delivered because they are waiting on the supplier. The product got delivered a week after the purchase but they gave me the wrong product. I had to return it back. I returned it back after stating my complaint but I was told that I will get my refund because the product is not available. The credit is only for the product, why am I not receiving for delivery as well because I did not get the product and when I try to buy another product I need to pay for the delivery fee as well which is unfair. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks, you delivered a wrong product then you credit me money that does not include the delivery. I wasted both my money and time
