Short fall on refund

Been buying from Takelot for many years. November 2024 I bought a few times. One item I ordered did not fit...so unused I returned it the next day. Item was R299 I only received refund for R121.50. Opened a query with them...they rep**** that they paid. And closed my query. But it was R121.50...not R299. And I have not been assisted any further.
