Short Delivery
I ordered 6 packs of 100 A4 plastic filing sleeves before 8 August 2025 for delivery on 8 August 2025. Takealot delivered 6 packs of 50 A4 plastic sleeves and after much correspondence via email have failed to rectify their short delivery of 300 sleeves! It is now a month and we appear to be no closer to them being received.

27 Sept 2025, 11:30It is now 27 September 2025 and my initial order went in on 8 August 2025. I received a mil from Takealot on 20 September 2025 and was asked to collect my short order from the Fontainbleu collection hub - which my wife duly did on Monday 22 September. I opened the box about an hour ago, to put the A4 sleeves in the cupboard and lo and behold instead of 3 x 100 packs, there were 3 x 50 packs - so still short by 150 sleeves. These guys are useless. How much longer is it going to take for them to send the correct quantity!
