Short changed by Takealot

I returned 2 heaters that were faulty. They were both purchased and returned together. I requested that my takealot account be credited. However I have only been credited for one hearer. The return was made on the 18th June and the account credited on the 24th of June. I have contacted then 3 times and have not received an email or call back.
