Shopping with Takealot.

I've done a lot of buying through Takealot over the past few years. I'd like to add another half star to the 4 given. Their speed, and delivery is first class (5-star). You get prompts when delivery is imminent, and they always manage to deliver smartly and in a firiendly way. Their communication is also on a very high level (5-star). My only 2 gripes are that products are sometimes not as described on-line, and I have also been given previously opened products (which I simply returned). If not for this, they would get 5 stars from me. My returns items are generally handled effectively and their communication is exceptional.
