Shopping Giant is falling asleep.

Though they have become a giant of online shopping in South Africa, their service and systems have lagged behind other platforms. One example:

They still have no method to split-ship orders when a product in a large order is unexpectedly delayed. They simply keep pushing back the delivery with no notification or regard for the urgency of the order for the customer.

They have grown complacent in their success and if they don't sharpen up soon they will soon cede their position as number 1 seller to a more innovative platform.
