Shop Today. Get Tomorrow - not true.

I ordered two separate packages the same day. I was informed the next morning that they both are out for delivery before 17:00. I was very impressed with their "shop today get it tomorrow" efficiency. Then at 16:35 I received a call from the driver informing me that he will not be able to make it to my address before 17:00. As this is a business it needed to be there before 17:00. He asked if he could deliver it the next day. I was not thrilled with this. Then on the "delay reason" on the order he noted that the address details were incomplete, which is a blatant lie. I have had many packages delivered here without any issues.
