Shop closed during open hours as website states.

I bought an item at TakeAlot and opt in to collect myself.<br> I called their customer number to check if I may pick up the item and a lady mentioned I may. She also mentioned that they will be closing their doors at 12 noon. I told her I am on my way and left.<br> I arrived at their collection counter at 11h55am but the doors was already closed.<br> The place was quiet. No staff around. The security mentioned that Take Alot has already closed their doors a few minutes before I even arrived at 11h55am.<br> <br> I was surprised. I didn't expect this from TakeAlot - Not sticking to their open hours.<br> <br> I am now a bit disappointed in Take Alot and their staff. On their website it states the closing time is at 12 noon, and the staff member(the lady at customer services) promised me the same when I called them.<br> <br> I thought TakeAlot is focused on providing the best customer service and goes the extra mile. This is very average service from a huge well known online shop that prides itself on excellent and quality customer service. I am sure its frustrating and changes your perception of an online shop, when you get promised something and customer service is not in line with that promise.<br> <br> <br>
