Shoddy service

What is happening at Takealot recently? I have been waiting 2 days straight watching the gate and my phone like a hawk only to be told that the order is on it's way back as they were unable to deliver. And you cannot call them at all? Either you get through to a noisy line and nobody on the other side or the call cuts off. Like really? This is not what we are used to from takealot??
