Shoddy Service

Not only do you have to wait for your orders when they say they are in stock. You now receive them with broken packaging and not what you have paid for. I have twice in the past month ordered items 1. Items were in stock they took 5 days to deliver. 2. I ordered batteries that arrived and the packaging was broken and the batteries were actually bent, the other item I ordered was not even the item I ordered. AND of course there is NOWHERE on the website that you can complain or contact anybody..Takealot better be careful with Amazon now in the picture you cannot become sloppy, a person doesn't even need to sign for their own parcel they are just left anywhere and marked that you have signed for your parcel. HOW DOES THAT WORK.
