Shoddy service. Cannot seem to get an order right

Dear takealot, I have been a customer of your for many many years and am severely disappointed. My fiance ordered and paid for the full dvd box set of revenge (All Seasons) for my Birthday. The package arrived about a week before my Birthday on 3 August. Needless to say we were pretty disappointed when we opened the box on my Birthday to discover you had only shipped the last Season, not the full series. My fiance logged the return with you, returned the incorrect item and was told the correct one would be sent. Today 20 August, we have now received the exact same FINAL Season only. Again not the full boxset that was ordered. This is pathetic service and utterly upsetting as it was a gift.
