Shoddy service

I cancelled an order 1 week ago, I received an email stating that the amount paid by myself would be returned to me within 3-5 days. today I queried why no payment has been received and was advised that a credit would be held for my next purchase. that is not acceptable. I stated that I wanted the credit on my credit card to be processed asap. i was advised that it would take another 3.- 5 working days. that is not acceptable.
