Shoddy Service

I placed an order and paid via eft on 9 April 2020 and still have not received the items ordered. My emails (100's) meet with no response although I am required to complete service surveys. My account reflects the items and a comment that payment is awaited but on the other hand my account reflects a credit balance equal to the amount of the cost of the items.
