Shoddy service

Ordered and according to their website the order would be delivered within 3 working days. Once you place the order the delivery date is more than originally stated! When I queried why there was no movement on the order for 2 working days I was told that they had to order an item from Cape Town! Surely they could have informed me of the delay! Why must the customer do their job for them? No wonder their rating is less than 3 out of 10 and the sad thing is that it doesn't seem to be of concern to their management!
