Shoddy Non-Service from Takealot
I am a regular Takealot Customer and have always been happy with their service, but I now have an ongoing issue regarding a missing item on 2 Orders. I am tired of sending/replying to their various emails to various Agents. Sending photos of packaging etc. To date I have dealt with the following Takealot Agents: Leneve.D Nombulelo.N Siyamthanda.M Olwetu.N Sikelwa.N and have got nowhere! All I want is for the matter to be resolved. Leneve.D has all the relevant details. Please can someone at Takealot that knows what they are doing help me?

25 Apr 2022, 15:00And to add to my review. I accepted another order from Takealot this morning…unbelievable One box was damaged as were contents. Looks like I’d been sent someone else’s return!
Another item was not what I’d ordered. What is going on?
And I’m still awaiting their response to last week’s complaint..
