Shoddy Delivery system.

I am most displeased with Takealot's Courier. My wife and I were promised that a parcel would have been delivered on Monday the 4th of March. Today is the 7th of March and it still has not arrived.

Each time we were promised that the parcel, which is a gift, would arrive before 17:00 on the 4th, 15:00 on the 5th, the 6th and then again today.

This is getting tiresome. I don't know if you have changed couriers because this has never, ever happened in the past. Normally Takealot gives excellent service so this is an exception but it is turning into a terrible exception.
