Shoddy Customer Service

I ordered and paid for a Scrabble Dictionary on 6th October and on 14th I received a toiletry bag, cream and other items. I spent two weeks sending emails, images, information back and forth and now they have stopped responding. I still have someone else's goods and no dictionary that I paid for. After years of excellent service this is most frustrating and reading the other reviews Takealot have a lot to answer for.
