SHOCKINGLY, SHOCKINGLY PATHETIC!

Since the 16th of June, I have been trying to return the TV delivered on the 22nd of May. Every time I request a return on the Takealot website it automatically goes to concluded and say it isn't eligibile. Takealot's stated return policy is 30 days. On the 19th I contacted the (extremely hard to find) call centre number and had one person tell me I had to send photos of the TV because they thought it was already returned. When I sent the photos I got no response and apparently that return was closed. On 20th I contacted the call centre again nd had the person telle that there seems to be a problem with the system ca celling the return though it is valid and within 30 days. They said they would contact me to confirm the return. I am still waiting.
