Shockingly Poor Service

What a horrible experience from the start. I ordered an item from the Takealot app and noticed that it was not shipped yet, when it should have been shipped already. I wrote to the help center more than 3 times since Friday 2 August and have still not received a reply. My parcel was due to arrive today, still nothing. I manage to get through to some Takealot warehouse on the phone, they told me that it seems my parcel had been lost. Nobody communicated this to me at all, ever!! Poor, poor, poor service!!!
