Shockingly bad service delivery!

Shocking service from Takealot - numerous SMS's advising of scheduled date of delvery, then numerous SMS's stating that they tried to deliver, but couldn't. No phone call from the delivery driver asking if I am at home (wich I always am). Also for collecting logged returns - today is the 3rd day that I have been advised that they will collect, and then receive an SMS stating that they tried to collect, but couldn't. One lie after another, one postponement after another. No doubt delaying tactics to avoid having to pay the refund. Unfortunately, 1 star is the minimum permitted. Wasn't aware that the company had become a SOE, with the attendant dismal service delivery.
