Absolutely atrocious.

Refuse to make corrections on a simple thing such as a delivery address. even though i told them there was nobody at the address i had given, they would not relay this information. once the order is placed -its your problem. in this case, i gave an incorrect address for a delivery. i notified them the same day, and was told that i need to wait until the order is dispatched before i can cancel it. So it was dispatched, and i told the people that i no longer want the order i will not deal with takealot anymore. lo and behold this morning i get a message saying my parcel is out on delivery. I pay takealot for service and convenience. They no longer are willing to provide this, Keep your order i want my money back.
