Shocking Take A Lot service

Last week. Purchased 4 meter 1000 Amp jumper cables from Take Alot, only to find on collection they are 2 meters long, and definitely not 1000 Amp. Went straight back in to the collection department, logged the return call, to date I have had no response in terms of me getting the correct product that was advertised. Shocking service to date, No way to contact the supplier.
