SHOCKING SERVICES

A lockable laptop bag was purchased by my wife as a gift to me. The code cannot be changed as it requires a key which we never received from day 1. A return was logged explaining the same, the product was then returned to us again "criteria not being met". The product was only opened recently as it was a GIFT. We have supported them for many years and thousands of Rands just to be treated like this. It's appoling to say the least.
