Shocking service yet again from takealot.com customer services

Absolutely shocking customer service from takealot… you can’t even speak to a human from customer services. I’ve asked for issues to be escalated multiple times without success.

Product returned in its original sealed box never opened… return was declined with photos of the box having been ripped open and product used!???

Have been a loyal and regular customer for many years…
