Shocking service Takelot

I am absolutely shocked 😲 After Takelot sent me a Samsung Microwave instead of a Hisense Airfryer that I ordered. Today I have been told no stock so just been credited. How easy is that, so now I do not get the black friday special because of a takelot error. Funny as stock is still available but price went up. How does this work. Terrible service, unbelievable, shocking. A week to sort out. Whish I could get hold of a actual human very easy to hide behind emails and Facebook.
