SHOCKING SERVICE TAKEALOT!

Shocking service from Takealot! 😠 I received a Takealot message this morning stating that my order (ordered almost 2 weeks ago) would be delivered by 7pm TODAY.

I received a message earlier, as well as my husband, stating that our respective orders have been rescheduled as we were not home which is NOT true - the courier did not even bother to contact me or come to my residence with my delivery? So dishonest!? We also checked with our estate security & no Takealot courier or driver had even been there? Not to mention my husband paid R70 extra for next day delivery, only to have his order automatically rescheduled to next week?
