Shocking Service / Poor Quality Product

Upon receiving my Takealot order, I removed the product from its original packaging and from the start my cellphone did not fit comfortably in the cellphone holder. Upon inspecting the product, I could feel and see straight away that the product was of a poor quality, hence my decision to return the product. I returned the product scratch free in its original packaging. You claim there are scratches on the product. I DISAGREE fully with your assessment. I did not even use the product for its intended purpose, so how on earth could there be scratches on the product? Please also remember that Takealot have also handled the product and the said scratches could have happened during your handling of the product, so how can I be blamed for this? I expect a full credit on my Takealot account as originally requested. I trust you find the above explanation in order so that Takealot can keep a loyal customer. MRRN-J546A-J6M5 = Dawn.P. Good Morning Takealot Please can I follow-up on my return and the credit of my Takealot account with R129. The fact that one cannot communicate with Takealot telephonically is frustrating. I cannot believe that Takealot would cast a Customer away for R129. Despite promises that the sub standard product would be returned to me after my return was unfairly rejected, I have never received this product back. So, as the Customer, this is where I stand: no product has been returned to me and Takealot has basically ****** R129 of my money (no refund allocated to my Takealot account as requested). Where is the poor quality product? Where is my R129? What is happening with my return? What legal steps can I take and where do I go from here? Regards RR
