Shocking service! Please take time to read this before you order ANYTHING

<p>I ordered an Apple watch strap and got a cheap knock off made in China Watch Strap.</p> <p>There is no mention of the word Apple in the item that I received.</p> <p>There is a piece of hair stuck on the packaging inside - i ordered an apple product yet it comes in a shocking packaging? How is this possible?</p> <p>I phoned the line and spoke to Akeeda who first answered the call by being rude and saying yes with an extremely annoyd tone - i then asked her if she was having a bad day?</p> <p>How can you guys treat people like this?</p> <p>I want the correct Watch strap and in original apple packagine</p>
