SHOCKING SERVICE - NON DELIVERY & LIES ABOUT DELIVERY

I have always been a huge fan but recently have found their service to be absolutely appalling. Their drivers also lie and say they attempted delivery when we have been sitting at home waiting and no one has pitched. Specifically arranged for someone to wait for an urgent parcel only to be stuffed around by Takealot drivers

Time to move my business - they are not the cheapest anyway - usually use them because of the good service but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. They will be lucky if i even keep the parcel and don't return it after this.
