Shocking "service" from Takelalot.com

Service dropped dramatically since I first started using this company. Ordered a Garmin watch strap which clearly shows in the photograph that two *****drivers are required and are supposed arrive with the watch strap. First order only arrived with one *****driver. Logged a return. New package arrived fairly swiftly, but guess what? Only one *****driver. They will blame the supplier, but surely there is a duty of care to ensure that a return is checked before dispatching. Will not be using Takelaot.com again. Two wasted trips for no reason.
