Shocking service from takealot re a delivery!!!!

Hi I have been a customer of Takealot since 2016! Recently I ordered a cellphone and some hair products online, but separate orders. I waited so long for the hair products that takealot then said that the two orders will come at the same time, which they did not! However, the driver delivering the orders, not sure whether both orders were there, which I doubt, **** to the company saying that there was nobody at home to receive the order. I live in a complex and the instructions are clear that there is a pin they need to push in at the gate in order for me to open from my cellphone. The next day he phoned saying 'are you at home'. I then asked whether he was the same guy that said that he had delivered the previous day, which was a lie, then he was so rude to me and put down the phone. I then reported him and said that I did not want him back at my house. The rescheduled the delivery AGAIN as nothing was delivered that should have been. On Wednesday late afternoon the driver came, I let her in, my **** was at home, but she only delivered the cell phone. On the order of the hair products it said it was delivered!!! Only the one parcel was delivered and also the second order it just said delivered and was not signed!! There was not a second parcel!! I have been trying to get them to cancel the order and refund me but am not getting anywhere!! I am done with takealot and will take this matter further should I not receive my refund! Why would I say I received two parcels if there was only one!!! They need to act NOW!!!!!
