Shocking service from Takealot

I purchased a pair of Beats Studio Buds from Takelaot. I had them for 2 days and returnmed them because they would not stay in my ears when I was exercising. Whne I retunred them I placed the charging cable back in the box, but they said it was not there and the pods had been used becuiase there was some wax on the tips. They declined my retun and returned the pods back with no charger!
