Shocking service from Takealot

My wife ordered beer off takealot.com to be delivered on Saturday. The order never arrived. We were then told that they will need to reorder the beer as they don't have anymore stock on site, which leads me to believe Someone there probably had a good weekend with the beer she ordered.

Takealot was informed that nobody will be at the origional address during the week and that the new order needs to be sent to an alternative address close by.

After numerous escalations from our side and failed deliveries to the old address form their side that was accompanied by lots of empty promises, we are still no closer to having our order delivered. It also seems that management is non existent , *********** or just does not call clients back.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
