Shocking service from Takealot!

After so many great service deliveries from takealot, i find myself posting this out of pure frustration. Ordered a Fridge from takelot 21 May, after ours stop working. We had a family gathering and opted to buy from takealot as our order would be deliverd by 30 May, in time for the gathering. Still waiting for the fridge, countless calls to takealot agreeing it is unacceptable, promissing next day delivery. This just goes on and on, same appology and promise day in day out. Email trails of promises and no fridge! Shocking Takealot, this is not the service I am used to. Will be trying to cancel my order for a refund tomorroe to buy somewhere else!
