Shocking service from Takealot appliance division

I bought a washing machine last year December from takealot Midea brand front loader 8kg. This machine malfunctioned two weeks ago in less than a year it has flooded my kitchen. Sent it back to takealot and now they said they will get back to me in 21 days time. In the mean time what to I do with my washing with young children and a family and work. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and blame shifting to manufacturer surely a big company like this should have better resolutions for their valued clients. They are just pathetic and shocking me with non disclosure saying after six months the decision lies with the manufacturer. Totally unfair and un empathetic Very angry client
