SHOCKING SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT!

I ordered a torch from Takealot and received an INFLATABLE BEAN BAG! 😡 I cannot believe it!! This is totally unacceptable!!! My husband ordered a light switch and received a wall plug. He’s been waiting 2 weeks for it to be collected! I’ve had to log a return for my order and wait who knows how long before it’s collected. I then have to wait for Takealot to schedule a date for collection, then wait for them to receive and assess the product, then wait for them to credit me. All this before I can order the torch again by which time it could be sold out. I am furious 🤬 Time to start shopping elsewhere!
