Shocking service from Takealot

Absolute shocking service from Takealot - ordered a pool cleaner only for it to be delivered minus a crucial part. Now try to resolve that with them! Called customer care who promised to escalate and revert - which never happened. Call back again 3 days to speak to an agent (sighing heavily from the burden of a customer) to firstly be told it was not escalated and then it was but the warehouse had not given any feedback. Asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge - but no, there are no team leaders or managers available today. Asked how long till warehouse gives feedback, but apparently that is an unknown. So dear supplier (Kreepy Krauly) this is how your product is treated.
