shocking service from Take a lot. dont believe them when they give you a date to deliver

do not believe a date delivery that they send you and if they confirm your order is out on delivery for 3 days in a row and at 5pm after sitting at home all day waiting for the delivery you then get a notification from them saying it is rescheduled. this is after 3 complaints and no feedback whatsoever. the service is shocking and i doubt i will ever use them again. it is better to go to the shop and chance COVOID 19 than to expect a parcel to be delivered on time
