Shocking service from Account & Commercial Manager for Fashion

This Review is regarding Zolisa Boza Takealot Marketplace | Account & Commercial Manager for Fashion

I am a small online business owner who is expanding my product offering and thus thought it a good idea to open a takealot account to sell my merchandise on a larger national platform.

I registered my account and got login details. I wanted to chat to someone regarding some question and concerns I had. I sent Zolisa Boza an email requesting time to talk to her and she sent back an email saying I can find the answers to my questions online on the takealot website.

Every good business owner will know that when doing business, the most important part is building relationships and being able to TALK to the people you do business with. No find answers under the FAQ's on a website.

This weekend I am graced with an email from Zolisa Boza saying the following "I am offering 15 mins of my time to support/assist so that you are able to meet the deadline in order to sell on Takealot. "

How lucky am I that she offered me 15 minutes of my time!!!

I again say - no business person with half a business mind will work with an account person like this. When things go wrong (as they tend to in business) who will help me solve the problem - or will I be referred to the FAQ's again?

My advise to anyone considering selling on takealot - STAY AWAY!!
