Shocking service

Ordered sunloungers which never arrived. Unable to contact call centre and at least 5 email responses from them, but none of them can tell me where my lost sunloungers are.

And they can’t do a refund because apparently can’t action anything once the product is ‘out for delivery’. My order still states ‘not yet shipped’.

I’ve never had a problem with take a lot till now, very disappointed. 5 emails from agents and no one can tell me where my order is!!!
