SHOCKING SERVICE

I ordered a watch for my daughter. It arrived and we decided it was not age appropriate so put it back in the box and had it returned. takealot refused the return and sent the item back because we had broken the seal on the box ??? This to me is unacceptable. how are we supposed to know if the item is right or not without actually seeing the item outside of the packaging. The box was not damaged in anyway. What makes me the most angry is that with out calling me first to discuss (Chatting to a human being seems impossible) they just returned the item and now I'm stuck with a product I don't want!
