Shocking service

On the 1st of November 2024 i sent Takealot an enquiry to return my items that bout. I was speaking to Wakheni T i was told that they were going to speak to there manager and get back to me. Absolutely nothing i havent heard a word. Once again the service in this country dosen't exist the problem is that takealot is way to big and me been a small fish is a huge pond means nothing. Thats fine i will never buy from takealot ever again. there are other companies who would love my business.
