Shocking service - do NOT buy electronics from takealot.com

I have been a loyal customer of TAL for many years but the service I have received in the last few months when I have had issues with electronics I purchased has been disgusting. From terrible feedback and communication and complete lack of response. My electric toothbrush took months to replace - I ended up going direct tot the manufacturer myself on the UPS that stopped working and now I have been struggling for 2 months to get my Beats headphones repaired or replaced. All items have been within warranty but that hasn't made any difference. I am completely frustrated with this terrible service next time I will pay slightly more and go to a mainstream retailer where at least I know I will get decent after purchase service. I highly advise you do the same.
