Shocking service and theft

Im very upset about service recieved from takealot.

In November I placed an order of mulitple items. I recieved the notice that I can collect. When I arrived there were apparently 3 boxes and they could only find 2. The gut helping me told me not to worry, to take the two boxes and they would notify me when the third arrived.

After a week I got concerned becuase I hadnt recieved notification and sent an email asking for progress. I got responses asking what were the missing items ( 5 items no less)

The next day I started to get emails telling me what to do to return items I didnt want.

I responded by saying I didnt want ro return the items. I wanted to recieved the goods I had paid for and never recieved.

I also contacted the collection centre and spoke to a guy there who told me not worry, I must just ignore the mails and I will get allocted a new order number.

A new order number hasnt arrived and according to my profile I collected the goods on the 7th December. That was the same day I phoned the Brackenfell collection centre. The call was made at 16h58 on the 7th December.

I AM FURIOUS!!! I have never recieved those items. Over R1000 worth of goods I do not have in my possesion.

I demand a response. This is out and out theft and *****.

Either send me the items I paid for or credit me the funds so I can reorder them.

Your calls are also recorded so I suggest you look those up. I also have emails saved as evidence.
