SHOCKING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

I am totally disgusted in the attitude and service of Takealot. They admit totally that they messed up the delivery of my order and ask how they can assist and yet they are not actually prepared to assist or make right on their error at all!!! What kind of Service is that?:??? Since when does the customer not matter to you at all Takealot?
