Shocking service

Ordered a lamp 3 months ago and delivered broken. Submitted a return and replacement and that took nearly a month only to deliver an incorrect item. I requested another return but with credit to my payment method that was on 21 April 2023. Item still not collected but says on my account 'return completed'. I get no response from Takealot. Shocking service !!
