There was a missing item in order ***. Gelish Artificial Nail Remover was not in my order.

I completed the online process and was contacted by a "Otagain.R". Since then nothing. I have emailed him and get no reply. This is ridiculous and wasting my time. Terrible terrible service from Takealot. When am I getting this item THAT I PAID FOR? And there is NOT ONE email address on the website where one can complain. Why? BECAUSE YOU ARE TO AFRAID OF THE DELUGE OF EMAILS YOU WILL GET, SO YOU JUST STICK YOUR HEADS IN THE SAND AND MAKE AS IF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS DONT EXIST - INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THEM AND FIXING YOUR TERRIBLE PROCESSES.
