SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

I am absolutely fuming! The incorrect product was delivered to us SIX TIMES!! Not once did anyone apologise. Not once did anyone pay any attention to the help requests I was sending telling them why, what, where, how the wrong product was!!! Eventually I requested a refund to the card that was used to make payment, and my takealot account was credited! What the heck is going on there??? You cannot get one thing right! Do you not care? Do you not need business anymore?????? I want a refund to the card that was used to pay!!!!!!!!!!!
